If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you. The following terms are applicable for any products that You have purchased with orionmaal. Before you wish to start returning procedure You are requested to read our Return and Refund Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
1- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Orionmaal (private) Limited.
2- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
3- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
4- Service refers to the Website.
5- Website refers to Orionmaal, accessible from https://www.orionmaal.com
6- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
How To Return a Product
1- Sign in to your Orionmaal Account.
2- Click on my account and select Orders.
3- Select the order you wish to return and click on Return Item(s)
4- Fill in the Return Form.
5- Pack your return package securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you. Write return address & mobile number given by our team outer side of the package.
6- Head to your nearest drop-off point
Once we receive the item(s) we will review and refund your payment only under return and refund terms and conditions.
Your Rights of Return
1- You are entitled to return Your Order within 3 days by giving a genuine reason.
2- The deadline for returning an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
3- In order to exercise Your right of return, You will need to send a return request and video of item(s). Our team will then review your request to update the return request status within 3 days and you will get informed via email.
We can reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We will receive the returned Goods. we are able to use the equal manner of payment as You used for the Order, and you'll not incur any expenses for such compensation.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
2- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
3- The product must include original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories in the packaging.
4- The Goods must return in original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
1- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
2- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition.
3- If the product damaged due to poor packaging
4- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
5- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
6- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We have reserved the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are not responsible for the cost once we accept your return request then we will share with you the address for returning Goods.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Also, make sure you follow all the instructions above regarding packing of Goods and contacting us for return and refund. We would be unable to issue you a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. We are committed to our mission and improving our quality of services every day.
